A short history
I learned strategy by being accountable for what happened next.
I started as a product designer, became a founder, and eventually discovered that my best work happens in the space between a bold idea and a business people can believe in.
I have launched products from a blank page, rebuilt companies after the first story stopped working, and sat with the difficult decisions no framework can make for you. That operating experience shapes every engagement: practical, honest, and close to the work.
Today, through FounderFolio Studio, I partner with a small number of ambitious teams each year. Sometimes that means a focused sprint. Sometimes it means staying through the messy middle as a fractional leader.
